COMMON QUESTIONS

I do not have a WordPress website?

We would love to help, but unfortunately, we specialize only in WordPress sites. If you would like to convert your site to WordPress, we can do that! Please contact us for more info.

Do you support multi sites?

Unfortunately, no.

What is considered a small fix?

A small fix or tweak is any work that falls between 5-10 minutes. Sorry, but you cannot request for 5 minutes here and 10 minutes there if it is related to the same body of work. Each task must be completely different from the other, otherwise it will result in being charged our regular price per hour.

Do you offer refunds?

We pride ourselves in the service that we provide and are certain you will be satisfied. Our daily backups, performance scans, managed updates, and all the rest of the basic essentials that come with each plan are well worth it, and consider the issues that might arise if you do not have them.

If, for some reason you are still not satisfied, we offer a 30 day money-back guarantee for the first month of your service. This guarantee is limited to the essentials. If you utilized our 1 hour of free support or unlimited fixes or tweaks, they will be charged to you at our normal hourly rate.

Do you offer SEO?

Yes, we offer keyword research and site implementation. We will find the best keywords for your website and implement them throughout the site to get you ranked well in search engines. We will also, suggest and implement best SEO practices to help your site in those rankings. We offer these services in our Premium plan, or by the hour at our regular hourly rate. If you would like SEO services by the hour, please contact us at help@performancewp.com and explain your needs.

What happens after I purchase a plan?

After you purchase one of our plans, you will be contacted by an account manager. Your new account manager will introduce themselves and request your WordPress username and password. We need this information in order for us to work on your website and install our special plugin on your site so we can offer you our services.

Your account manager will provide you with a couple of ways to contact them if you have any questions or need assistance.
